“We provide language translation and interpretation services for businesses and public agencies. It is a competitive market and we are constantly looking for new ways to differentiate ourselves and to be more efficient. We were looking for a new telephone system to help us.

With the VIP VoIP system we can give each of our customers their own private number to call us on when they have an urgent interpretation request. This enables us to keep track automatically of how long each conversation lasts so we can bill them more easily.

We also need to be able to contact our freelance linguists quickly. The phone system maintains a list of mobile phone numbers for our linguists, that are grouped by language. When a client needs a Polish linguist we just need to make one speed-dial call which rings all our Polish-speaking team members at the same time. The first one to respond gets the job. Then we set up an immediate three-way conference between the client, the Polish person and the linguist.

We knew we would not be able to do all of this with an ordinary phone system. We approached several VoIP suppliers to seek advice but VIP VoIP was the only company willing to come to our offices to discuss what we wanted. They have met all of our needs and I am very pleased.”
